  : The staff were amazing. Very friendly and kind and made the hotel for us. The facilities were good and we loved the VRX Game - highly recommended. The pool was a great size but quite cold due to bad weather before.The walk from the hotel to local shops is very close. Mi Alcampo or Michaelangelo are the local supermarkets - charges for cold water. Although the hotel has a machine to fill up your water. The walk to Port Aventura was 20-25 minutes. Better option rather than waiting for the transfer which has limited times, especially if you have full board.
  : We don't drink alcohol nor fizzy drinks and so the lack of soft drink options or iced tea was a pain...we had water or tea/coffee/chocolate as our only option.In the restaurants not all of the foods had labels and so you didn't know what it was unless you asked the staff (which we did).It wasn't made clear what was included as far as drinks for the all inclusive - a poster would be useful on the bar...found out that slush puppies were available on our last night.Very noisy outside at night and we had a side street view. People had decided to camp out on the grass all night waiting for their taxi/transfer, etc. and were not the quietest. No kettle in the room. Had to request a hairdryer as it wasn't there initially.

  : This hotel exceeded all expectations. The food was lovely. A great selection and different everyday. All inclusive drinks were great. Perfect location. Close to the main strip but far enough away for some peace and quiet. In places like this you get what you pay for and for what you pay for this hotel, the service and quality is excellent. We went off peak and I felt like the reception and bar at times were under staffed. It wasn't a major issue for us but I could imagine during high season it could be a problem

  : The rooms were very nice & comfortable It was a very modern hotel. A safe is included in the room which was very handy. The bathroom is spacious and even contains a bath and bidet. Our room included two double beds which were lovely as for us, if it became too warm one of us could go to the other bed. There was air-conditioning in the room which was good but at times it would've been nicer if it was a small bit colder but for the most part the temperature of the room was comfortable. A flat screen TV is included in the room it has Spanish tv channels but it does not have Netflix or other streaming services so if this is something you're interested in I would recommend bringing something like a Chromecast. Our room had a balcony with a small table and two chairs which was lovely if we wanted to sit and absorb the sun while drinking a coffee in the morning we could. The location was excellent only a short walk to the main amenities. I found the location to be very safe and went out shopping multiple times as a woman on my own and felt completely at ease. We were there for 10 days and our room was cleaned everyday. Nice bar downstairs and even had a good kids club. The pool was lovely, very spacious. The pool is bigger than the photos here portray and plenty of sun loungers. There is a lifeguard on duty at all times. The pool is open until 8PM. Staff were very helpful & knowledgeable and booked us many taxis. The drinks in the hotel were very nice. I did not eat in the hotel therefore I can't comment on the food. If I was returning to Salou I would definitely stay here again.
  : I'm being very picky with my dislikes as I really enjoyed this hotel but just a few observations that could be improved. The elevators in the hotel are a bit slow you could be waiting 3 or 4 minutes for one to arrive, not all the time but sometimes. There seemed to be a longer delay waiting for lifts around check out time due to the demand which is understandable but meant you could sometimes be waiting over 5 minutes for a lift. The front desk only seemed to have one staff member on at busy times like check out. As the hotel sells tickets for Port Aventura this is time consuming and long queues can begin to build for the front desk. As we were checking out there was a long queue which could potentially leave you late for getting to the airport. In fairness, after the queue was getting considerably big the lady on the front desk asked who was checking out so she took our key cards and we bypassed the queue however, had we been waiting in the queue we could've been there for another half an hour. Check in was the same a lot of people checking in and only one person ( who was doing their best not their fault!) Was on the desk so we were waiting about 20 minutes before it was our turn to check in. Maybe in future, it would be more efficient for two people to be on the front desk during the busy periods. If you do have a flight to catch I would allocate half an hour or 40 minutes before you have to leave for the airport to check out. One complaint I do have is, there are rules around the poolside it clearly states no smoking but these rules don't really seem to be enforced as many people began smoking by the pool as I suffer from Asthma this began to aggravate my chest at times. Overall though, these are only minor improvements that could be made and I'm being very picky. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

  : Breakfast is done is shifts and you are rushed through it. You have 40 minutes so you shouldn't be late as you have to be out of bfast zone on the clock

  : I found overall experience quite pleasant. The breakfast was okay, with a variety of options including English breakfast items, fresh pancakes and sweets.
  : one drawback was that we were given only 45 minutes for breakfast each day, which felt a bit rushed. It would be great if they could extend it. not enough water for a shower
