  : My wife said the breakfast was ok.
  : Rude staff. At check in the lady tried to tell me that I didn’t have a reservation. When I showed her my reservation number from booking she changed her tone from professional to cold and rude. She commented that me making a reservation through a third party was the reason she couldn’t find me. The bed was hard and sunk in. The ice machine on our floor did not work. At checkout I asked for a receipt and the clerk mumbled something about third party booking that I couldn’t understand. Then she told me that I’d have to get the receipt from the company I booked through. When I did get the receipt the price had increased $28.00 but there was no explanation.

  : Very good breakfast food. The lady that managed it did an excellent job! You need to keep her!!!!
  : Prices were different from night tonight. I was charged $124, $154, and & $119 for three consecutive nights., or something very close to these numbers. Very confusing for me. I called the motel several times and they referred me to Booking.com, who referred me back to the motel. The manager there told me this is standard practice in the motel industry to charge differently each night. I was surprised and confused. Never heard of this before. I feel like they did not want to discuss this with me and that I need to forget about it. I’ll know better next time! Will get a motel that will quote a nightly rate to me and stick to it. Really upset us.Second thing was it was difficult to get drinking water. That’s correct, water! We had to go to the exercise facility and get drinking water from the water jug, which poured very slowly. Why couldn’t you supply drinking water in the lobby like the other motels on our trip???

  : A sign at the hotel's front door stated "No pets accept service animals" only to have a couple in an elevator with two dogs on leashes NOT illustrated as service animals.

  : The staff that night was rude and did not care if I was a rewards member. I would stay somewhere else next time. Staff really does make a difference. My husband booked for me because I was on road. They were rude about that and had to talk with husband before letting me in after traveling 15 hrs. Luckily I was able to get him and yes he had to call them back!
