  : Location was perfect. Right by the boat that takes you to saint Tropez. Quick ride and boat runs well into the evening. Beaches in area are beautiful and staff soo helpful. Provide towels for the beach for a fully refundable deposit

  : Location was the only positive. Close to ferry & beach.
  : My jewellery was stolen whilst I was out, despite the fact that I had tried to hide it in different locations around the room (no safe provided which is unusual). No one had access to my room (second floor) apart from the cleaner and reception and myself. A burglar I think would have taken all the jewellery and not picked out only the most valuable pieces in each little bag. It was neatly done and bags were resealed and replaced after the items were removed. The door was locked - this door has to be locked manually when you left. I noticed the theft early the second morning, as one was a gift for my daughter's birthday that day. The initial receptionist I reported it to was sympathetic as I was visibly distraught and shaken. This has never happened to me before and I travel extensively every year. She reassured me when she said that I would find it and they would ask the staff. I had to leave for St Tropez. When I arrived home that night, I checked the whole room. I then noticed that other items were missing. I now knew I was sadly not going to find it. Early next morning I reported this to the manager. She was immediately extremely rude and accused me of lying, despite the fact that I was clearly miserable. I asked if I could at least make a formal statement and if she could call the police. She refused to do both. I was shocked and saddened by this inappropriate reaction to the situation. My daughter arrived soon after to assist me with checking out as there are no elevators. I am in my 60s and had 2 big suitcases. They did not offer to help any guests, and we had to drag them up and down 4 flights of stairs ourselves. There are other lovely hotels in St Maxime - choose them instead. Travel with lockable suitcases.

  : The staff member Natasha was absolutely brilliant and helpful. A kind woman that had helped us when I lost my phone and managed to get it back while not even being a guest anymore.
