  : Plenty of parking and a good location for the industrial areas in Sant NIklaas - only 5 minutes away by car. Reception staff and check in were helpful and pleasant. The room was a great size as was the bathroom.
  : Although large, the room was a bit stark, very little decoration and a bit austere. Very few UK tv channels working. The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were pretty awful - large square cushion sizes filled with too much foam - the small pieces causing too much heat and a stiff neck. I had to try and change in the middle of the night. The restaurant was OK, but quite expensive.. it would be good if there were a few other options

  : Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Good restaurant. Convenient location for onward travel. It is a regular overnight stop for us between UK and Poland.

  : Well I booked a Deluxe room god knows how bad a standard room or superior room is! Just look at photo of the deluxe room below!Only good thing is young lady at check in and good parking, the rest is diabolical
  : Very poor hotel, Deluxe rooms are diabolical, they are small rooms crazy small double bed and old rooms just awful, awful smelly carpet that went out in the 80s Poor restaurant that is extravagantly over priced I had what they call Tomato soup like your grandmother makesis how they describe it and it cost 12 euros..well look at picture, clearly Grandmother used to buy packet soup! I then had Goats cheese salad 27 euros, was more like goats cheese and fruit very poor quality goats cheese, shockingly bad Tomatoes, bitter pineapple, bitter strawberry limp lettuce and apart from bitterness all bland, those 2 courses and bottle of water 62 EurosRainfall chowder was more like a dripAwful lighting in roomTerrible road noise and noise from terrace drinkersHard to think of a poorer hotel I have stayed at recently and I stay at plenty 150 nights a year!

  : Very nice and a bit more luxurious atmosphere. The size of the room and bathroom was great. It was very clean and comfortable.The staff at the reception was also very welcoming and friendly.We were sad the hotel wasn't available for our whole stay in Belgium. I can imagine staying at this hotel again. :)+ There were a lot of parking possibilities for free.

  : It was easy to get to, good for Parking. Quiet clean room. The evening meal was good but pricey.
  : On arrival the sink was blocked, no one available to clear the blockage that afternoon. Was offered a downgrade room which I refused and managed to limit the use of the sink. The breakfast was a disaster, with my allergy I just asked for a freshly fried egg and that was refused point blank. 20 p.p for a fried egg I did not get made it a very expensive cup of coffee which I also then not chose to have. Walked out and had my eggs& coffee the following days in town at a lovely place called Marcel. The evening meal was good and we enjoyed our get together, found staff at first quite abrupt and in a hurry when we were asked our choices for that evening. In the end staff somehow mellowed and were very accommodating when we wanted to pay each for our own meals. So that made up for service earlier in the evening.
