  : I booked online and arrived after 10pm. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice for the price and included two double beds, plenty of light fixtures, a small work area, office chair, upholstered chair, dresser, TV, microwave and refrigerator. My room was in the back of the complex, and I loved the view of the hillside beyond the small parking lot outside my door. The view was rich and green and the sounds of the calling night insects and variety of birds singing in the morning was a very much welcome experience.
  : It did feel a little spooky around the back of the property at night. All the porch lights were lit, and the parking lot clean- but as a person traveling alone, I wished they’d been a little brighter.I chose “disappointed” for my rating because I wasn’t able to enjoy my stay, despite the many positive aspects (see above). Unfortunately, I’m allergic to dogs, and it was very apparent as soon as my door was opened, that my room had hosted many of them. The room was physically clean, but the odor from previous animals almost overwhelmed me. The a/c had the “check/clean filter” light lit, so it was used on ventilation/fan mode. I tried to wash everything down myself with the shower gel provided, but it didn’t help. However, in the morning, with the door open whilst packing my car, the airflow was wonderful and cut the animal odor by 85%. This room would have been absolutely perfect for me, if it only could have had a screen door! To others traveling with animals (or those who aren’t allergic) I would certainly recommend this great economical little stop on your next road trip!
