  : The hotel was close to the motorway, the beds are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is continental.
  : The first time we stayed the room was cold, the porter had to bring us a heater and the bathroom smelt awful, the porter cleaned the bathroom and poured something like bleach down the plughole, there was no plug and we were told that is because of sinks overflowing! Three weeks later, on our way home we stayed here again, there was a plug in the sink and the room didn't smell.

  : Just one other thing. If there are no staff on reception when you arrive, you are left out in all weathers to book yourself into the hotel. We didn't appreciate this and it happened on both occasions, once in the rain and we had nowhere to put our bags whilst we struggled with the booking in terminal.

  : Safe parking, great location as easy access from motorway.
  : Would have been good to have tea making facility in room.

  : Clean establishment and not too noisy considering the density of roads nearby. Very pleasant staff at the check in but like elsewhere, having to do several roles at once so stretched a bit. Good manner though and kind.
  : Very plain rooms and a bit soulless Location not ideal for walking around in evening if on own. Right by major roads and no real option to walk to eat anywhere . Better if you want to use your car again but complications with the road systems and finding the place made it less tempting to restart the engine ! Compared to other motel type places I stayed in on this trip, it seemed a bit dear for what you got but maybe that's being on the edge of Tours.

  : Very easy to get to from the motorway Breakfast was good. Ideal for a one night stop over.
  : Self check in was not expected. Ok but would have liked to have been informed before we arrived.

  : Reception isn't open all day, there is a self check machine which took some time to sort out what information you needed to put in to get it to work. Dont remember seeing anythink about this when we booked it. Hotel is located on an industrial estate some way out of the centre
