  : Robin and Melissa went above and beyond to make the most out of our stay. They were always available with any need or question that arose. This was very helpful as our plans were a bit spontaneous. The bed was heavenly comfortable. I loved the tub. Perfect spot to sit with a cup in the morning as the town awakens.The location was phenomenal. I’m a light sleeper and the Inn was surprisingly quiet throughout the day and night even though it’s basically across from the hustle and bustle around St George Street.The parking spot given to us was easy and we saved probably 65$ alone just in parking. One of our afternoons we accidentally left a car door open while we went for lunch, I realized I left my phone in car. When I went back and realized the door was wide open, I was surprised to see my phone and our belongings left inside were untouched. That says a lot about the neighborhood!
  : I lived in St Augustine many years ago. The wear and tear from weather alone is hard to keep any place pristine. The Inn was as expected, being in Florida. I think the owners could do some repairs like the underside roof on the porch that’s peeling away, but knowing Florida, maybe this was done not so long ago.
