  : It was cozy and felt very homey. Loved the little patio area and the location was perfect. Loved that there was a super market walking distance and access to the beach. Downtown Augustine was mins away. Perfect little cottage. Would definitely go back!

  : Very close to the beach and all of the sites. 2 minute walk to the private beach 10 minute drive to downtown historic St Augustine and 20 minute drive to St Augustine beach. Nice fenced in yard for dogs. You do need to go up a flight of steps to get into the house so not really access for strollers and wheelchairs. Didn’t know much about the area when we booked but very happy with Vilano beach area. The beach is not crowded and great for family and dogs.
  : There is no way to lock the door (deadbolt) from the inside when you go to bed at night. They only have the keypad which is accessible from the outside. Anyone with the code can enter the home. House is located on the main road so traffic is VERY loud 24 hours a day. House has nice old beach feel but definitely could use a few things fixed to clean it up a bit. Rusty vents, nails in the floor where the rooms divide, door knobs fell off. There is no washer and dryer so if we were staying longer then our three days they do not provide very many towels or clean sheets.
