  : Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Ample parking.
  : Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything on either side and in hallway. Elevator was extremely hot - no air at all. Made a ton of noises and took forever. There were two, but only one worked. While waiting for the elevator every time, be it in the lobby or our floor, all guests that were waiting were commenting on how hot and smelly the elevator was and how loud and slow it was. For over $190 a night, it could have been better.

  : The elevators need work. We also couldn’t park the last night. There were too many cars parked and with the construction, there wasn’t enough spaces.

  : The inside of the hotel was ok.
  : Front desk seemed annoyed when questions were asked about the area like I was bothering them over night when I was not feeling well and trying to find a pharmacy open. They were doing nothing just standing there. No one else was there but me. She told me to Google it which of course I could have done but figured its their job to be knowledgeable about the area and help their guests and be friendly and provide great customer service. Ended up going to the Racetrack gas station for my Tylenol which is literally 1 minute away. The outside of the hotel with construction is absolutely a mess! Not a vacation destination hotel. I understand that this may be out of their hands but they should have mentioned that when booking the reservation. You may want to check with them to see if this is still currently the situation before booking with them.
