  : Had a couple of hiccups when we arrived with the rental. Other than that it was a great stay.

  : Location of the Raven cabin is horrible. There's vehicles that pass through the road often and we could hear them coming down the road. Not easy when you're trying to get sleep. Sheets and comforters need to be updated ours had tears all along the edges

  : I understand it's an older cabin but some little upgrades go a long way. The sponge to clean dishes was nasty. The left over condiments were dirty. And area between stove and counter was dirty. Other than that no issues

  : The location was perfect. Close to lakes for fishing and town is less than 5 minutes away. The nice front porch had chairs, and a great back patio with a BBQ grill and picnic table made it easy to enjoy a meal and enjoy the outdoor area. Seeing deer and wild horses near the cabin was amazing. The cabin had a large table off the kitchen, which was a nice space to eat with windows to look outside. Overall, it is a good location to enjoy all that Ruidoso has to offer.
  : The carpet and kitchen floors were not clean. No supplies such as paper towels(1/2 roll was all that was avail) or trash bags to replace when emptying the trash can in the local dumpster. No broom, only a dustpan, so I couldn't sweep. Went to Walmart in town to grab supplies. Water gets VERY hot. Need to be cautious when showering or washing dishes. All light bulbs were very dim. It's hard to see in the kitchen when cooking in the evening. I brought the lamp from the living room to put on the counter to give extra light when cooking. The wall lamp in 2nd bedroom didn't work. Need a bath rug or old towel to step on when getting out of the shower to not slip on the floor. One was not provided.

  : It was a shack not a cabin, mold in the bathroom, beds were like rocks. I would not recommend, also the address is wrong and have to drive to offset office.
