  : Our entire experience at Ruidoso Downs Condo was a disaster. First, the address on email confirmation through booking.com was not correct. When I called the number on my confirmation email, that was not correct. Finally did a google search and located the correct phone number. We reserved two units with 4pm check in. We arrived at 4:30pm, and both rooms were not ready for check in. We finally checked into one of the rooms (the other room was not ready until 6:30). The first room was filthy and the AC was broken. The smoke detector was beeping because it needed new batteries. It seemed like no one had stayed there in a long time. There were bugs in various spots. A huge web touching the outside of the balcony door. There was trash underneath the couches, and the toilet water was brown. When we called to express our concerns, the front desk supervisor, April, was not accommodating at all. After a lot of going back and forth, we were finally accommodated at another facility they managed. I would NEVER recommend Ruidoso Downs Condo to anyone!
