  : For the money, it was a clean, safe, decent place to stay for a week; the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly resolved a few issues I had.
  : There were no dishes, pots, pans, or silverware in the room. You had to take out your own trash. They charged for extra towels and bed linens.

  : The employee who is a STAR employee, is Sequitha, (sp). She has been a gem since I checked into the hotel. She makes up for Kesa's patronizing and condesending behavior, and makes right what the other staff fall short on. She furnished bedding for the fold out sofa, when Kesa lied and stated that the hotel does NOT furnish bedding for the fold out sofa. And, she is emailing the general manager to address the issue of the slow draining sink, which may be the source of the bad smell in the room, and the issues with Kesa, because I don't believe that the general manager is seeing the notes on what is going wrong in the hotel. The hotel is not free, but it is NOT exactly cheap either!!!
  : 1). The hotel does NOT serve ANYTHING! And, they charge for dishes and kitchen appliances, (toasters and coffee makers). 2). The room was NOT cleaned well. When I went over it with my disinfectant wipe, it was dirty, and the floor was FILTHY! My feet felt grimy after walking from the bathroom to the bed, and when I looked at the bottom of my feet, they were black, so I had to get a cloth and wipe them off before I could get into bed. When I mentioned this to management, (Kesa), she had a person on the cleaning staff mop the floor again, but it STILL felt grimy. When I mentioned this to Kesa, she suggested that I mop the floor with Fabulosa (sp?). I just happened to have some of that exact cleaner in my car from a recent move, and cloths to clean it with, and I re-mopped the floor; it was still FILTHY!!! So, apparently, the floor had NOT been cleaned properly in a while.3). The room had a FILTHY smell to it. When I mentioned this to Kesa, (she states that she a member of management, but then restated that she is a team leader), she asked what resolution did I want? I told her, to obviously NOT have a bad smell in the room.4). HOWEVER, ever since I checked into the hotel, the kitchen sink backs up, but then drains slowly, and has NOT been resolved. The maintenance man stated that he was submitting a ticket for a plumber, but I assume that the hotel has NOT made the effort to contact a plumber. Could this be the reason for the BAD smell in the room?5). You have to wash your own towels and bedding.6). You have to clean your own hotel room. The hotel cleaning staff does NOT clean your room, regardless of how long you have stayed in the hotel.7). There are also marks ALL over the walls, that don't wipe off, so the room needs to be painted.8). The hotel should schedule a member of the cleaning staff to be on duty until the office closes, because the hotel lobby and elevator is filthy with trash and dirt by the time I come in which is pretty late at times.

  : We reserved a double bed room but were given one queen bed. There was no shower curtain and water was all over d restroom. When we asked the desk lady for a double bed she said there was none availble. She also gave us a show curtain with no ring attchments. Our stay was very uncomfortable for 2 burly men sharing a bed.

  : Blk lady that runs the front desk is never there, always had an attitude, always in the back on the phone un professional, I'd terminate her asap if I was the owner
