  : We liked being close to the cathedral in a quaint little street - the breakfast was excellent gluten free bread was available too - there was a lift which was greatly appreciated.
  : We had to unload luggage at the end of the street 25 m away in the rain -

  : The location is perfect. Super soft and huge bed! It was very calm and no sounds from the street.
  : The room is quite old and needs some renovation. Especially the bathroom.

  : Good location for viewing Cathedral. Nice shops, cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Hotel has lift which was very useful. Pretty little courtyard garden an oasis in busy Rouen. Lovely breakfast very enjoyable.

  : I forgot my computer charger . They Never called me back . They never answered my emails . I called many time . Have my credit card number to pay for shipping. They finally said it was shipped but that was a lie .

  : The bathroom was really clean and well put.The location is excellent and the stay was really cozy.

  : receptionist was very helpful and spoke english very well. the breakfast spread was very extensive but the only problem was to work out how to get get boiling water for a cup of tea. Answer was stick warm water in the cup and stick it in the microwave. Simples. cathedral car park was a 3 minute walk and cost 14 euros. beds really comfortable and room was very quiet. cathedral was a stones throw away. a hotel in a very old building, decor and carpet dated and could do with a sympathetic makeover. Shower/bath in room clean and tidy with towels provided. tea making facility in room too.
  : Hotel door shut at 9pm. lovely bars near location to sup in but curfew a bit early. Had to return before we wanted to but time to read a few passages from the bible but we watched the england v serbia game on a television in the room with a few beers instead.
