  : Multiple light fixtures did not work, the phone didn't work, the TV was only semi functional, they have no ice machine you have to freeze your own in the mini fridge which doesn't work well if you're an overnight guest.looked ok at a glance but worn down

  : The women who checked me in was awesome. But I has issues from the time I checked in. Manager was very rude according to my daughter which was also listed as an adult

  : surprisingly, the king bed was comfortable.
  : dirty, stinky, loud, worn out furnishings, kitchen was atrocious, couldnt access back door with room key. did i mention the smell gross. one step above a homeless tent.

  : The door didn't open without shaking the handle. It was dark and smelled like all kinds of smoke. It was loud (you could hear other guests). There were prescription pills on the ground in the parking lot. I actually left within an hour of getting the room

  : Well lets start from the outside, sides walks, parking lot and entrance was so dirty I didnt want to step inside and get that mess on my shoes. The hotel is old and run down, broken tiles, broken tvs, broken phones couldnt even call front desk, had to change rooms. Bathrooms were dirty, sinks backed up while brushing my teeth, so gross. Hair left in the bathroom from previous guests, Nauseating. The towel rack fell when we got a towel off of it. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. The bathroom fan wouldnt shut off and completely clogged with hair and debris. Disgusting. Sheets on the bed looked dirty with stains and more hair. Completely grossed out. The leather chair seat was so full of spots I had to put a towel on it to sit. Complete lack of cleanliness. The bed was hard, squeaky, lumpy not comfortable whatsoever. The gap between the bed, and the wall was so large, my pillow kept falling behind it.The kitchen had zero utensils or cookware, but on the website says its fully stocked. Lie! Says and shows a beautiful breakfast, come to find out its a granola bar and a packet of oatmeal, another Lie! Lots of homeless around digging in the cigarette can with butts everywhere, despite a security guard? Wasnt told I needed a parking pass, only found out because I seen other guests putting them in their cars and I asked what it was for. Just a horrible experience for myself, my husband and our friend. Our hallway smelled like weed so bad I didnt want to open my door. This was my first time staying in an Extended stay and I will NEVER EVER STAY AT ONE AGAIN!!!! We brought food with us to cook with thinking the kitchen was stocked. We all feel duped and lied to. If I would have known this hotel was in such horrible condition Never would have stayed. Total waste of money!!!

  : The Manager Steve was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our purposes. Easy check in and check out.
