  : There was a really loud smell of the cleaning products. Its also not ideal for someone who is allergic to animals. There was a lot of loud noise from kids on the floor we were on and also someones dog constantly barked all night

  : This hotel is not clean at all . The sheets had stains . The bathtub had rust around the drain so did the sink . The bathroom floors was dirty as well .
  : The pool look dirty the water looked like it had not been cleaned. The hot tub was not able to be used . My kids still Wanted to swim you kids dont see what we see . I did allow them because they was looking forward to it . Getting out of the pool towel

  : Quiet,friendly, personable staff. Refund return policy is efficient. Cable channels are sufficient to my liking. Quick checking into the hotel.
  : More lighting needed in parking lot. No secured video game system option when booking a room. Stronger cleaning products needed,for room cleaning.

  : Location was five minutes from our destination for the weekend.
  : Rooms seem outdated. Lobby, halls seem to be updated but rooms and pool look old and need some renovations. There was a huge light broken and hanging by wires in the pool area. looked like it would fall on someone at any moment. And extra deposit for stay

  : Everything!!! The cleanliness was a 2 star. There was dust everywhere. The sink was broke. I booked for 2 double beds they gave me one. My family and I did not receive towels and rags all weekend!!! The staff telling us they dont have any clean.

  : I hated everything, every piece of bedding had stains on it, I called and asked for new sheets and the front desk lady told me they were clean only spots and they wouldnt hurt me the floor had sticky stuff all over it.

  : Really nothing, at first the front desk attendant was nice, but then when we said we werent staying the night, she got very short with us and rude.
  : There was food all over the floor and on the tv stand. My husband always checks the bed for possible bed bugs and you could tell they havent cleaned under the beds if ever. The bathroom was a disaster. I cant fit everything wrong in this box.
