  : The breakfast choices were not the best. We chose to order a la carte but ended up waiting for a while for our order and when we inquired about it, the waitress said that it still was being prepared. A few minutes later, I saw the same waitress filling plates from the buffet table which she served to us. If we had known that she was going to do that, we should have just gone for the buffet and saved ourselves some money!
  : The breakfast which ended up to be taken from the buffet table tasted overcooked because they have been sitting in their warming trays/stove for awhile. That was why we ordered a la carte to begin with but still ended up with items from the buffet table.The dinner menu needs a major revamping. We ordered a salmon dish with a sauce that was tasteless and which tasted like it came from a bottle. Side dish of veggies - you can tell were frozen veggies warmed up in a microwave.

  : You have to pay for Wi-Fi here, which is surprising. They don’t provide kettles, despite selling instant noodles. When we asked the front desk for a kettle, the staff member was unhelpful and rude. It’s hard to believe this is a 4-star hotel. The only nice thing about this place is the shuttle bus, and the driver was super friendly.

  : Perfect location ,nice clean hotel , with friendly staff. Right next to last stop of ohare Airport transit train and rental car center.
  : The room is starting to show its years of use, pay to park($35) Is silly for guests of the hotel.

  : 24 hour Starbucks, friendly staff, Flight restaurant onsite, live music onsite in the evening, liked the outer room being separate from the bedroom. We caught the free airport shuttle easily in the morning-very convenient.
  : The ceiling was peeling/had fallen above the shower in like a 6-inch gash, which I’ve never seen at a Sheraton Suites before.Noise from the road woke me up-so bring your earplugs. Maybe request a higher floor?Music was loud and could be heard in the first tv/living room with the door closed on the second floor, where we were.
