  : The apartment was a good size and the amenities including kitchen and washer were appreciated. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and a cot was provided.
  : The check in was terrible. We were unable to get into the property when we arrived at night after a very long flight with our young family. The app required to enter the apartment and building did not work for us and no other suitable option was provided.

  : Incredible location, just cross the river and a short walk and your in the historical Centre of Rome. The restaurant district of Prati in also on your door step with many quality restaurants and bars to enjoy. This place is also located just 50m from a bus stop with multiple bus route options taking you to the major sites of Rome or Rome Termini. The apartment its self was ultra clean and light filled, with sweeping views across Rome. We were a family of four and the kids slept on the fold out which was actually solid and comfortable for them both.
  : Not many lights (however tons of natural light) and a small shower, but both manageable.

  : We loved the location and the apartment itself. It was lovely and spacious with lots of natural light with high ceilings and large windows looking out onto the Tiber River. It was nicely furnished, had a washing machine, dishwasher, a jug, toaster and a coffee machine with a full sized fridge for ice etc. We were able to walk to all of Rome's attractions which was a wonderful way to see the city.
  : It was difficult to enter the apartment with the codes and in fact the front door code never worked so we had to take the emergency key out with us. We were lucky there were residents entering at the same time to let us in on many occasions. The bathroom had no hand soap and there was no dishcloth or tea towel in the kitchen. The bedside lamp bulb had blown and there were no overhead lights so it was difficult to see in the bedroom at night. There was only 4 coffee capsules for the 2 of us for 4 days and only 2 teabags with no daily replenishment and no bottled water or milk in the fridge to get us underway. The dinnerware could do with upgrading with nice wine and beer glasses and more coffee cups wouldn't go astray (odd cups etc). These are all easy maintenance tweaks which wouldn't cost a lot and would have elevated our stay in Rome from OK to excellent as the apartment itself was great.

  : Location is great.
  : I had electrical issues on both days I was there. I literally had to touch the circuit breaker(based on the staffs recommendation) not ideal for a leisure holiday. Also, the couch had all sorts of stains. The check-in process was also cumbersome. You literally have to download the app, register etc. Not as straightforward as I'd have liked. The apartment is well decorated though.

  : Location of thie place was great and the layout was great for a family of 5.
  : Unfortunately a few things in this space need repair and things have been neglected (shower head gives off minimal water in one of the rooms, safe did not work, main door was a pain to open from the inside).This apartment was located on the 4th floor, which in Italy is the 5th, when you consider the ground level is 0 and not 1. Taking the elevator is an adventure, it is small and tight, only for 2 people. It's an old style elevator and often gets stuck amd doors will not open, happened to us on a few occasions.How water tank needed ro get reset often, so we were left without water regularly.A little TLC and this place can be a gem.
