  : The location was great, felt safe. So many things were just a walking distance. The staff were great as well and very welcoming/helpful. Check in was somehow easy, the bed was comfortable (although kind of small, Im 184 cms, usually dont face these problems). But its great value for the money.
  : The closest was really old, and not well maintained. No sound proof of what so ever, we woke up to the sound of other guests using the kitchen and their external bathrooms ( we had two rooms with in-suite bathrooms). Theres a weird smell ( not that bad but its there ) that you eventually get used to. One bathroom was small and not as clean as the bathroom in the other room.

  : It was value for money during a busy summer season in Rome.
  : We were actually not staying in the Marta Inn, and were provided with a different address prior to check in. The address we were provided was also not displaying correctly in maps (both Google and Apple) which provided a fair bit of uncertainty for us. The hosts were prompt to support and provide assistance, but I did not enjoy the experience of not staying at the address I had intentionally booked.

  : Not recommended at all. When I was on my way to the hotel I got sms from the hotel saying to go to another address for check-in. And the reason they give me an inside toilet as an upgrade. First I did not ask for an upgrade and I do not think this is a favor from the hotel. First of all, it is not secure and against the rules, you are not going to the address you booked on the website. Anyways I reached to new address old residential building no one in the entry opened the old doors and elevator. I said okay do not let it have an impact on your trip. The reception even I do not want to call it this just in front of the rooms, because of too much noise I could not take a short sleep after my long trip. The next day morning the same. Besides what I booked and what they gave me were not the same in bad conditions. I have all proof of the conversation and pictures of the place.

  : Excellent location,close to train station but not too close, far from extra noise . Friendly and very nice lady who cleaned apartment. Fresh croissants every morning and fridge filled in every day( water and yougurt) Our room was cleaned every day. Very basic room,but cosy.Very quiete place
  : Our room was very small, and bathroom probably the smallest I ever seen, so difficult to move around. Apartment due to location very dark same for our room , not too much natural lighting. Rooms could do with upgrading . Overall good budget stay for few days.

  : The location was convenient. The room looked nice. They left a pastry hanging from the doorknob each morning. There were some beverages included in the mini fridge.
  : The air conditioner didn't work properly, which might have been a problem with the remote control. Either way, it was a hassle and I had to call reception for help late at night when I just wanted to go to sleep. Once the AC was set properly, the room was comfortable. The bed is not a the standard length for a bed in the USA. I am 5'10" tall and needed to sleep diagonally on the bed. They communicated with me using WhatsApp, but when I needed to message/text them they didn't answer. I needed to call them on WhatsApp to get an answer. And sometimes they didn't answer until it was too late. I wanted to store my bag with them on the day of my departure (as they offered when I arrived). I called 3 times and they were too late getting back to me that morning, so I went and paid 5 euro at a storage place. There was no shelf in the shower to set soap and shampoo on, but that was the case in every accomodation I had in Italy, so maybe it's normal. On WhatsApp, they instructed me to notify them 5 minutes before my arrival. I messaged them 5 minutes before arrival. I waited and waited at the gate. Then I called them on WhatsApp, and they answered and came within 5 minutes to let me in.

  : Staff very friendly and helpful. Free refreshments each day was nice. Room was tidy and clean. Great location, just a few minutes from the train station.
  : Towels smelt a bit funny. Didn't realise kitchen and garden were disconnected from room.
