  : Access to metro station 'Bologna' is within 5 mins. We were able to self check-in with the instructions shared by the owner and it was seemless.
  : No information to turn on the heating system in the room. Had to wait for 5-10 mins for the water in the shower room to get heated.

  : Its in a good location and its a somewhat inexpensive option for staying in Rome. There was some air conditioning in the room and good wifi. The bed wasnt bad. The people I spoke to were generally polite.
  : There was no hot water in the shower. The light in the bathroom was broken so that it would start flickering after a minute and eventually shut off completely. The bathroom was very small as well. If youve got allergies, you will be suffering from whatever strong chemicals the cleaners use.The level of security is nice, but the outside gate wont open from the inside even with keys. I had to reach through the bars with the keys to unlock it from the outside every time I wanted to go out. And this gate presents a problem when checking out. The host tells you to just leave the keys in the room, but they didnt send anyone the morning of checkout to let me out the front gate. Thankfully another guest let me out otherwise I could have been stuck there indefinitely.For the same money, you can have a better, simpler, and easier stay at a hotel.

  : Good location close to metro and train station connecting to the Airport, clean, quiet and spacious room.
  : When I arrived at 11:30 a.m., the building was closed and had to wait 15 minutes for the hotel person to arrive.

  : location good : safe residential area off center - however, good public transportation options (metro 8 mins, bus stop 1 min) many food places around. self check-in late at night simple to follow. airconditioned. good wi-fi.
  : we booked the budget double/twin room with 2 beds : * Carolina wanted to debit our card several days before our arrival - contrary to the terms of payment at hotel (we refused) * after cancellation period was over, requested extra EU 25 per night for the second bed, not per terms of booking.com ( we came with the printed booking, showed her it stated 2 beds , and refused the extra costs) * the light in the tiny bathroom/shower kept blinking all the time (6 days) and despite our requests was not fixed - we had to use/shower by light of our cellular phone * no bathrobes, just daily cleaning and towel change * toiletries: only soap/shampoo, and ran out of toilet paper twice (for some reason the rolls were very small) * coffee machine +small refrigerator + micro: for use of all 4 rooms. * in our double/twin room no courtyard or patio view, just street window to garage/parking * no wardrobe, just a small closet
