  : Location was ideal for our trip and there is a taxi stand one block away. A/c was appreciated for hot days. Staff was wonderful in their assistance w directions, reservations, etc. Was newt to open window and gaze at the alley with its dining below.
  : As others stated, the building set up is unusual and takes a moment to figure out how to get to the reception area. After one day you got it. Note you must go up a flight of stairs to get to lift.

  : The location is what makes this hotel worth it. The staff was okay, the room was excellent, and the beds were great.
  : The wifi kinda sucked and the AC was not the best. Very small shower too.

  : The location is perfect, especially for a single traveller. The hotel is quiet, the room is very comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom is convenient and clean. The staff is perfect, I had a small problem and they solved it immediately.
  : I don't like the immovable spray head in the shower, though.

  : The lift was complicatedyou had to go one set of stairs up to take the lift to the 2nd floor and descend half set of stairs to enter reception I had a broken leg recovering so I would have preferred a straightforward lift

  : Location is great, a very safe area. lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket opens till 23:00. The staff made my bed and even fold my cloth during room service, which is sweet. But please be aware if you don't want new towels, you need to put on the "do not disturb", otherwise you will get new towels which cost 5 euros. wifi is good and stable.
  : We left a piece of bread in the room, and when we come back in the night, there are ants every where.....

  : The location was great, 50 meters from the Spanish steps
  : The room was very small, it was not actually a hotel, the reception was a corridor that it was done a reception. The rooms seemed bigger in the photos but it was disappointing when we arrived. We did not expected a luxurious room but something better of what we experienced. The room had an awful smell like a sewer, and we could not sleep form the smell! It was supposed to be a room for 4 people, there was a loft with a bunk bed for our kids and it was so dangerous to sllep there that we adults slept and the kids in the double bed. There was a light bulb near their face, iron one with so dangerous edges that they could injure their head very bad
