Disappointing

  : Within walking distance of main attractions, great location and big apartment. Host within easy reach 24/7. Two bathrooms but one of them was hard to use as there was not much space between the toilet and the shower.
  : - Poor customer service. Was essentially shouted at over the phone for being 3 minutes late to our agreed check in time.I texted the host to let her know we had arrived at Termini and were going to arrive at the apartment around 1.30-2. She replied saying 1.45 was a good time, and we agreed.On the way there my little brother who has autism felt overwhelmed by the crowds, which resulted which meant we were going to arrive slightly later as we were calming him down and preparing him for the journey. At this point the host said arrive no later than 2 as there was another guest to be shown to their flat after us.As it was hard to keep up the pace, I left my family behind so I could rush to the apartment and be there on time. I sent a message at 1.55 saying I was going to arrive at 2.03 according to Google Maps.I then got a rather rude voice note from the host saying the meeting time was 2.00 not 2.03. I called her and her response was "this is a hotel, not an apartment, you should have walked after check in not before" in a raised voice. I replied it was only 4 minutes and tried to explain the circumstances but she hung up the phone on me saying she didnt understand what I was saying in English angrily. I ended up arriving at 2.03 but the way I was spoken to on the phone was horrific.Once I was at the apartment I was shown around and I was told that she is flexible on departure time but not meeting time. I understand time schedules need to be met and would have been happy to come back later but there are ways and manners to communicate things, especially when working within the hospitality industry. This left us feeling uncomfortable contacting the host about any issues that came up during our stay.- The apartment itself:The apartment feels tired with dated decor and is dusty. We found unwashed cups with brown looking water which could have been left by previous guest but nonetheless this needs to be monitored.

  : We felt like a local, walking distance to most of Rome's attractions. Very spacious ideal for 2 couples. Grazie.

  : Location is superb and flat is spacious. You are in a middle of everything - close to Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, walking distance to di Trevi, Colloseum, Pantheon. You can easily use public transportation or walk on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around so you can easily taste italian cusinine. Apartment is in old italian style, so do not expect anything modern. There 2 bathrooms that is very convienient. Host is very responsive and flexible about i.e. leaving your bags.
  : It is an old flat so there are some cons because of that. Main problem I think is ventilation. There is an AC unit in one room (indoors unfortunately) but all other have fans that sometimes is not enough even during a night. There are also some tricks for things to work - i.e. to open a door you need to insert a key right side.

  : Great location. Kitchen worked well enough. Decent space.
  : Listing says parking but there isn’t. Owner just sent me a google search for parking in Rome. Not exactly what I consider parking.Listing says AC but 2/3 units are broken. Had to sleep in the living room as other rooms too hot.Place was in very poor repair. Broken shower, broken door, mostly broken everything. Looks like maintenance for the last century or so was missed.

  : The location was perfect and a short walk from all the major attractions or a bus ride. The apartment was large and spacious and had everything in it to make for a pleasant stay. We were able to purchase drinks and snacks and leave them in the fridge and as there was a washing machine we were able to freshen our clothes up which in the heat was perfect!
  : The only downside was the air conditioning unit and fans weren’t really up to the job unfortunately. It was August so totally expected it to be hot but as long as this doesn’t faze you then not a reason to use the apartment as it really is in a great location.

  : The location of the property is very good . Kitchen very handy and spacious. Master bedroom is comfortable. Living room even though very welcoming at first sight needs some serious revamping. Wooden furniture all creaking and AC barely managing to keep the room comfortable. Had to use the bedroom fan along with AC to get the relief. Very spacious so it’s comfortable for a family of four. Cafe around this property were very good.
  : The second bedroom had very stale and dusty smell. Couldn’t use it for any other purposes than keeping bags as it was too hot with non functional AC.

  : I like property location a lot and cooperation of host to help us to go from her property to airport by availing a van .
  : I didn’t like the broken furniture in the property , I really disappointed because the air conditioning in rooms didn’t work at all and the weather was very hot .Only the AC in the reception which was working and this was not mentioned when I booked from booking site .No soap in bathrooms , dirty kettle i couldn’t use it and I asked host to avail another one .

  : Very close to everything , Cecilia was very friendly and so kind she let us stay few hours longer then check out as our plane was leaving in an evning ,Very good location we were in almost city centre ,

  : The Air Conditioning did not work, the whole apartment was dark, tatty and not very clean, and the bathroom was not functional.
