  : Location near vatican
  : My worst experience ever!!! Dont recommend at all!!! They have underground rooms with no real windows!!!No network mobile coverage and no Internet for 4 days!!! You will be disconnected from the world and no one could possibly contact you! I lost money because I couldnt work!The bed sheets have old stains!!They will not offer you any shampoo and gel douche worth!The room was not even clean when we arrive, they have left us with old coffee mugs used!I Dont recommend as the owner lied to me several times!

  : Great location, just a few minutes away from St. Peter's Basilica. Smooth check in and check out. Clean and spacious room. Special mention to Giuseppe, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and helped put us immediately at ease!
  : The ventilation/windows could have been better maintained. There was a cold draft blowing in even though the windows were shut. There is no phone signal inside the room so you're really reliant on the Wi-Fi.

  : A walk away from the Vatican, shower was nice.
  : The WiFi was not working properly, it would only work in certain areas of the room. It was a bit cold in the room also. And dark, the room could have done with more warm lights

  : The only good thing about the place is that it is 7 minutes walk from St. Peter's. Otherwise a really awful hotel.
  : Imagine a hotel with no staff (a cleaning lady gives you the keys and then leaves with no staff for the entire stay). Imagine a hotel with no soap or body wash (I had to use dishwashing liquid) The WiFi did not work. The stated coffee and "breakfast" were non-existent. (No staff was there for the entire stay). One has to grope in the dark on entering the hotel lobby because the lobby lights are programmed to go off every two minutes. This is penny-pinching even worse than a hostel, while charging over one hundred dollars. The photos and description are false (We could not even raise the shades as the room was directly off a ground floor street sidewalk). Obviously, the reviews are fake.

  : It is 15 mins walkable fro Vatican city and has very good restaurants nearby and a chines place right in front which was a good quick grab spot. There were clean and fresh towels and bedsheets Kettle in the room was great
  : Room was in the basement and the window was above and open to road . But this was a bit sad as we were scared to open it The checkin process was a bit confusing since we reached around 30 mins late and the given contact was hard to reach It was very loud at night from people in kitchen and hallway.

  : Good location (we did everything by foot, but we are good walkers) and easy check-in ! The room was clean and practical. We had a very nice stay
  : The main door is very noisy and other guests were not always very discreet.. Alessia should maybe add something to reduce the noise of the main door and the metallic fence.
