  : beautiful lake view, super clean and nicely decorated - great stay!
  : the rooms would benefit from having blackout curtains to avoid the sun light to come in so strongly in the morning. the windows do an awesome job at isolating the street noise but it does come with the perk of not being able to have the windows open if you dont like noise.

  : We liked the staff, the view, the proximity with the lake, the vineyards, and Vinorama. The room was comfortable and the restaurant a good address, with good local wine and food, great people, and a nice terrace.
  : Unfortunately for them (cause there's little they can do about it): the proximity with the road...Things they can improve: putting a coffee/tea maker and curtains in the rooms, and doing something about the smell in the common areas.

  : Hi Worse location ever. We got there around midnight and surprise no air con. July and so hot outside and no air con. On top of that no one at the reception during the night . Duvet set smelled horrible ( due to restaurant downstairs I guess and around 05.00 am we had to leave the hotel. We thought we will start vomiting. We took one luggage to car and meant to go back for 2nd one and we could not get in because front door looked behind us and we could not get in anymore. Tried calling and calling but no answer. My husband found a ladder and climbed the window to get in the room. We took 2nd luggage and left around 06.00 am in the morning. So sorry for bad review but we are telling the truth. Thanks,

  : Beautifully located hotel at the lake, very nice view over mountains and lake. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, it had all the features we needed. Nice balcony to enjoy a drink.
  : Very noisy at night due to the location directly at the road. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. Could be more eco-friendly. Overall not such a good value for a rather pricey hotel.

  : Excellent restaurant and the breakfast was very nice too. The food is its strength. In fact, I would probably describe this place as a restaurant with rooms. We had a 'deluxe' room, which gave us more space. Lovely view. Decor is attractive. Standard rooms appear to be small-ish. The staff are very pleasant. A good place for a stop when exploring the area - which is a beautiful part of the country.
  : I know CH is expensive - I live here - but there were certain things that were just too expensive. 18 francs for a G&T? No water provided in the rooms and charged 6 francs for a small bottle. Bathrooms, especially the shower, need updating. A deluxe room at 240 francs should have a good shower, without a plastic curtain.
