  : Most staff were great. One was really stingy about letting us stay by the pool after our hotel stay even though another staff member told us we had another hour we were allowed to stay, and that made us feel uncomfortable. For how expensive the hotel and spa are, I expected the room to be bigger, the spa to be a little more luxurious, and there maybe to be more perks.

  : Decoration of the hotel and rooms is really nice. It was quiet and the pool is heated. Close to the ferry stop and close to the beach.
  : The staff was nice but didn't suggest the kid menu when we arrived... No breakfast there unfortunately, the coffee place beside was very slow. The Rooftop restaurant is closed during the week unfortunately.

  : The facilities were nice and the bed was comfortable.
  : We arrived late (after all shops were closed) and there was no complimentary water in the bedroom; this is usually standard for any hotel, especially those that claim to be a spa hotel. There was $10 water in the room. There was a cicada in the room. The staff was friendly but unprofessional. No one to assist with the bags. The people at the front desk didn’t even greet us. When we sat in the lobby one of the front desk employees was on the phone speaking to a friend loudly and gossiping (I actually found that to be a bit entertaining). Also no complimentary breakfast. Our best choice is an Açaí bowl starting at 8:00 AM (which we will have to pay for, I still don’t know the price). I am typically fine with having no amenities, but for this price I would expect some of the basics to be available. Rather, they just try to upselling you as much as possible while you are here. Also the lobby smelled like weed. That was unpleasant.
