  : Breakfast was very nice choice of options. Dining area very clean.
  : The dead bolt on the room didn’t work. Staff came to look. Said hotel was full so no other room to move to but we could leave snd they wouldn’t charge us!! Ridiculous response at 8 pm after being in car all day. We put chair by the door.

  : Too expensive for a very standard room with two queen beds. Pool was ridiculously small and shallow throughout & the water was absolutely freezing. Even the kids couldn’t stay in it for more than just a few minutes and they ordinarily swim for hours at hotel pools;

  : Location is walking distance to several restaurants. The rooms are nice.

  : Indoor pool was freezing cold water, pool chairs uncomfortably hard, housekeeping did not make bed when cleaning the room and when I asked they said you need to request it done. Not true!! No drawers or closets in rooms.

  : The location. We had very bad experience with Ants in our room 403. The night person came and sprayed bug spray in room no ventilation. We asked if we could change rooms and was informed the hotel was sold out. There was no suggestion of any discounts or anything. We killed at least 10 ants prior to her coming to room. After she sprayed there was still ants throughout our stay.
  : We had ants in room and in morning when we checked out the morning person saw notes in computer about ants and still no discounts or offer any other accommodations for the inconvenience. They only suggested we get the EKU discount if we stay again. We have a son at EKU. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
