  : Washing machine was good.
  : Management company left us standing in the rain with our luggage for 35 minutes when they forgot to send someone with the keys at the time they arranged. No proper explanation or apology given. Property was called “Superior” but it was basic at best. Bedroom tiny, barely room for the small double bed. Nice large living area, inferior furniture. No instructions or manuals to work appliances, no information provided about the city or its attractions. No cooling, did not bring a fan as promised, it was 35-40degrees heatwave when we stayed for a week. Deposit was supposed to be E200 but they took E250, however after we left it was returned promptly. No mention of third floor position without a lift and the 66 rickety stairs you had to climb to get to apartment. Would not stay again.
