  : Nice location, and nice facilities! The fridge was a little bit too noisy though.
  : The facility has an automatic front desk. Unfortunately the automatic procedure to obtain the door codes did not work for me. I was solo traveling in the US, and basically remained for a while locked out of the hotel. Unfortunately the assistance on WhatsApp was not immediate to respond, and the phone assistance required an US number I did not have.Fortunately, someone I met was gentle enough to call the support for me, which called back on my WhatsApp number. Once established the connection, they were very friendly and supportive in fixing the problem and also offered a room upgrade for a subsequent stay.

  : The hotel is well-located, in a safe area close to the train station, restaurants and the supermarket. It is also very clean. There is no reception but they are quite responsive through text. There was a fridge and a safe, which was great. There is free fruit and coffee at the entrance of the hotel.
  : There is no reception. I also stayed there for a week and no one cleaned my room at any time during my stay. It would have been nice if they cleaned it at least once or twice during my stay. Very small room, good for one person but I think that for two people it would be too tight.

  : The location is very convenient close to the Redwood city train station and also to the downtown where you can find numerous restaurants and bars. The room facilitated all my needs, and its size was perfect. The check-in and out went smoothly.
  : The bed sheets and the towels were a little bit dusty. There was a weird thing at night that sometimes the motion sensor turned on the light.

  : Everything is very organized event though you don't need to interact with anybody in person.
  : There are still things to improve, after checking out I kept receiving alerts about noise in my room and even threat of a fine if didn't stop the noise.

  : Good location in downtown. I didn't mind the staff-less check in procedure they had once I went through it. But good luck if you don't have a smart phone for some reason. It's not a bad place if you are solo or don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room. The room was clean and they provide snacks!
  : Being where it is, there is a lot of noise late into the night from the bars and stuff around. But I knew what I was getting myself into, so it's fine. The shower door doesn't block all the water from escaping onto the bathroom floor. So you end up having a puddle if you're not careful. My ac unit broke while I was there.

  : Great location in the commercial section of Redwood City. Walking distance to Caltrains Redwood City station. Easy check in. Free coffee/tea in lobby.
  : The room was very tiny making it challenging for two people to navigate. It is better suited for one person. We also had no natural light into the room as our window faced the building next door. Our room also happened to be adjacent to the lobby (#101) so we could hear fellow guests and the tv in the lobby throughout the day/night. We suspect that if we were assigned a different room upstairs our experience may have been more favorable.
