  : Staff was very helpful and very friendly. I really enjoyed having a convent location next to the pool. I love that they still use a key lock rather than cards. I felt very safe at this location. It was very quiet with no intrusive guests. Great value for a one night room stay.
  : Unfortunately the property simply needs to be updated. Its quaint charm is wonderful but it does need new windows and better air circulation. I must also mention the beds were not very comfortable, very hard and thin. A single light switch powers on the lights, microwave, tv and refrigerator so a few more outlets would be a good option. Overall I don’t have any complaints but just keep in mind there is musty scent, thin beds and windows that don’t open.

  : The location & parking was okay. The older couple who checked us in were nice. But it's a hell hole, & they know it. We wanted to leave but it was after 10pm, and we couldn't find a place.
  : They do not have amenities they advertise. It is a sketchy, cheap run-down motel that should be sold & renovated.Here are the reasons--1--I called ahead & was told the pool would be open. June 20th, well into summer. But the pool was Filthy Dirty & closed. I asked & was told it's open "seasonally". It's summer, 95 degrees in Red Bluff--isn't summer the season for a pool? They're never going to fix this pool. let alone clean it.2nd-- They advertise a "Pool View" really? Hardly. We had a "lovely" view of the parking lot, by the sign that reads "Weekly Rates" which is a big red flag. So No Pool View. Not that it mattered since the pool is black from algae.3-The room REEKED OF cigarettes. Smelled like a cheap Vegas casino, & the windows are glued shut--no fresh air. So NO SMOKING ROOMS IS A LIE.3--the bathroom was DISGUSTING. So dirty, the dust was clinging to the shower corners. No kleenex or toilet paper. The kleenex dispenser is glued to the vanity (blocked completely by the bed, so you have to climb over it) but it was empty. I usually tip housekeeping but not here. When I asked for a refund--or at least a partial refund for the amenities they promise but do NOT have--they refused.AVOID THIS DUMP.

  : Much cheaper than staying in Redding and an easy drive. Stores nearby and quick walk to the river (though it didn’t feel very safe sitting down there!)
  : The pool was closed even though it was really warm - plus the reception was just a booth in the wall which felt a little weird.
