  : Tiny bathroom. Could hardly turn around. One lousy pole lamp in the whole room. Couldn’t even read after dark

  : The woman who checked us and was very friendly.
  : The sheets were clean that was about it just the sheets. The blanket on top of the bed was disgusting. The curtains were disgusting. Even the pictures that hung on the wall appeared to have smeared all over them. We were on the second floor. There were no screens on our windows. Our old windows opened up all the way bathrooms weren’t terrible the bathroom and run room. The tub was clogged and when we called down to the front desk, the guy told us it would probably just take a long time to drain. Parking lot needs to be redone. We were just spending the night and that’s all we really needed was a bed to sleep in and that is exactly what they provided.

  : Nothing was only there for a few hours before we had our beds crawling with bed bugs.
  : Nothing! Was told by front desk that they would transfer our reservation to a new location after finding 8 bed bugs in our beds. We packed up the car they told us they would transfer our reservation and payment to their sister location. After packing up the car at 1:00am in the morning with 3 kids. They told us our reservation had been canceled and we would be refunded in 7 to 10 buisness days and they wernt able to contact their sister location. Leaving us to pay an additional $350.00 for another place to stay and not guaranteeing we had another reservation in the middle of the night. Not happy with the room or the staff and we were only there a few hours. Our 2 day reservation ended up being a few hour stay.

  : I ask staff if I can do later check out since my flight is 5pm. They told me I have to pay one whole day if I will check out at 5pm..
