  : The room and spa/sauna were very clean and nice.
  : The staff there were not friendly, I stayed there for five days, only met one friendly waitress during breakfast, the rest were indifferent and some were quite rude. One waiter waved his hands off of us and told us go sit wherever. One guy at the reception literally rolled his eyes when I asked for a smaller bicycle to rent.

  : The beds where uncomfortable and I did not know about the extra charges for the dog. The receptionist did not tell us about the extra charges when we checked in, in the future its good practice to put these on your website and when people check in

  : When we arrived to the hotel the room card system didnt work. Person at the reception had to come with us every time to the room to open the door. Not a single word of apology from the stuff for this inconveniences.Our room was not cleaned even once while we stayed for 3 nights. Carpet was covered with someone elses hair. I sincerely hope that they at least cleaned the toilet before we arrived, otherwise it just disgusting. On the 2nd day our toilet paper finished and we had to go to the reception to get more because otherwise no one replenishes stuff in the room.On the first day I went at 19 to get some beers in the bar and was welcomed by a message that bar opens first at 21. Are you guys serious? At the time when you cry out about lack of tourists you open the bar at 21? When reception person asked the bar personnel to give me 2 beers, I could see that whole bar counter was filled with flies. Absolutely disgusting!Next day for breakfast I tried getting some fruit salad and after first spoon I realized that it is completely rotten. How is it possible at 4 star hotel to serve rotten food?
