  : The villa was spacious and very well equipped. The pool was good, we chose not to have it heated and the temperature was fine. The property was well cleaned on arrival and once a week while we were there.
  : TV reception, which had been good for the first few days, was lost - apparently a problem for the whole estate. Not a big issue for us.

  : Good layout of the villa, lovely rooms and excellent kitchen
  : Pool rather dirty - had it cleaned but it was just a quick fix to remove bands of dirt that had built up around the bottom edges. Needs a thorough cleaning and the top edges need to be smoothed as they are painful to walk on. The steps into tbe pool really need a handrail to aid entry and egress.A couple of the sliding doors were jammed and despite being reported on day 3 of a 10 day stay.Some floor tiles cracked/loose.Basically a lovely villa let down by inadequate/poor maintenance.

  : Very spacious villa. Very clean with great amenities
  : Air conditioning was working. After a couple of visits from engineer portable AC units were supplied. Reception only reply to queries Monday to Friday with no help over the weekend.

  : Really spacious 3 bed, 3 bath with an extra WC. The pool was private and heated if required. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious. You could sit in the sun from 9am to 6.30pm in different positions. There was ample garden furniture including 6 sun loungers, 6 chairs with an outside dining table and 2 small tables for drinks etc. The bedrooms and living area were well separated and the villa easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 children or a blend thereof. There was a jacuzzi in the hallway. There was an off road parking space for one vehicle or a squeeze for two tandem vehicles.There were two on site Spar shops.The resort is in the middle of nowhere, which is fabulous as very quiet, on the flip side, you need a car to go anywhere and nothing is within walking distance.
  : The maintenance was poor, we had to call them out on several occasions because the water pump did not work, so no hot water and the air con stopped working, I didn't mind but my husband found it uncomfortable. They provided a plug in alternative ti the air con which at 28 degrees, was fine Seemingly it is a lot hotter in the Summer so a lack of air con might be more of an issue then. There is very little on site that is walkable to, not even a decent coffee shop, which was surprising.There was little/no soft lighting more or which would be great.

  : The property was clean modern and spacious, bigger than it looks in the pictures everything you need in the villa from pots pans every cooking accessory you need , dishwasher also a bonus , washing machine , tumble drier. Getting a taxi was also not a problem you can ring the Golf resort hotel 24/7 could get a taxi within a few mins straight to your villa to collect you for 6 people normally around 6-7!euros and is literally 2 mins to Puerto Rico centre , also a Spar shop around the corner from the villas with reasonable prices .
