  : After insisting on it's changing we were give +/- normal conditions room. That was the only plus in all the order. The next morning personal was better than the previous one.
  : The room we've got first was so smelly, that we couldn't stay there 10 mins- smelled with cats, everything was awfully dirty- the floor, walls, washroom, windows...all smell terribly with cats and the bathroom smell with smoke. There were nobody to help with our luggage and we had to take 3 big suitcases upstairs - actually me, not my daughter.. The breakfast was not good at all..And the was some insane woman walking around in the canteen, talking crazy things to the guests and scaring everybody, trying to "feed us" with what she gathered from the tables, not stopping saying strange and scaring my child..

  : Very expensive for a hotel of this level. It can be seen that the rooms have not been renovated for a long time, the sewage system in the shower was not working. The pluses are that the hotel has a large swimming pool.

  : The price does not correspond to the level of this institution. We had a completely old room, with an old dirty window, a telephone torn out of the socket, a disgusting smell in the room, water from the cabin was leaking in the shower, but the most important thing is the beds, we found that the beds were not fresh (there was hair on the sheets) from previous guests . We didnt even go to have breakfast, because we saw dinner, namely, flies sat on dishes with salads and snacks. I do not recommend this hotel.

  : The hotel is fine to stay one night. The staff is nice and friendly.
  : The location is not the best, you have to take a taxi to get there. Please be aware that getting a taxi in the small town is a challenge. For international travelers: Bolt is not available, Uber only. The beds are too narrow, and the window in the room needs to be fixed. The shower is equipped with cheap Chinese stuff, water is going everywhere, but not on your head if you want to wash your hair. Breakfast is okay, but salads shall be fresh. Seriously, vegetable mix salad and the other salad (no idea what was inside) looked very sad in the morning if you made them a day before. Same story with the sandwiches. The cracked soft cheese betrays everything: it is not fresh. The hotel does not have an elevator. It is a challenge to drag the suitcase onto the stairs. Nobody helped. What was really annoying: I sent to message to the hotel, more than a week before my stay and never received a reply.

  : We had a problem on our second stay. the wardrobe at the entrance to the bedroom fell when I wanted to take my clothes by opening the doors. we informed the reception and the manager of the hotel arrived accusing us that we went up in the wardrobe. I have a 7 year old son, he could have taken the wardrobe on him, it is very heavy. The manager had no compassion and she is not worried if anyone could be hurt. We moved to another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all, the power outlets are also dangerous, they are unstuck from the wall, beware of young children.

  : It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been. The floor was stained all over, the shower cabin was in someone's hair and moldy and also door of it was broken. The toilet had terrible smell. The bed was also really narrow. The breakfast was tasteless and doesn't look fresh. And in hotel there was a wedding which was going till 3AM! Hotel staff when I address this in the morning said "Did you see it was there? You could cancel your reservation!" But this reservation was made with Booking so it's not possible to cancel it with no money loose from my side. And not even say sorry - that is unbelievable!
