  : The location was good.
  : 9/10 staff were not good or were not trained. I had to explain what a g&t was and how the pint of Guinness should be poured to the barman. Their prices were also very high!They could not find an expresso cup 4/5 days at breakfast. Very frustrating start to the day.All of our pillows were "hard" in the room, which gave my daughter an I neck ache. We asked for soft, and it took 3 days for them to provide this.One day at breakfast I counted 15 tables with plates etc on. They were very badly organised and the staff they had either didn't do their job or didn't know how to do it.The room, was extremely small, worn and mould in the shower. There was a 30cm x 30cm patch or carpet completely worn down-very weird and not nice to see.I also asked for s wake up call every day, this happened 2/5 days 15min early. The other days I got nothing. Again frustrating, and their explanation was that most people don't use this service now.....The room also had holes and cracks in the walls and the toilet paper holders were hanging off the wall. On top of that the toilet paper was the thinest I have ever seen.In the pool, the bubblebath was out of use, and there was a child's lesson in the pool with thw kids throwing things at swimmers.All in all, probably the worst hotel stay I have had. Travelodge was better.

  : Nothing, if you want to be treated as a nobody with zero customer service, compassion or friendliness, do not stay here.
  : The rooms are in serious need of a makeover. The air con broken with pneumatic drill sounds coming from the vents. Peeling wallpaper and mould all down the walls. Disgusting.

  : Had a knock on the bedroom door just after 9am asking what time we were checking out and don’t think this is necessary as we weren’t even up!

  : Was charged for a meal & drinks we didn't have , felt embarrassed, and eventually took it off our bill. You need a better system so that doesn't happen, £85 was a lot. Also need hooks to hang coats up and a shelf for case . Lots of wasted space in our room
