  : The price for the location, right in downtown Portland, is great. Parking is included. The woman who greeted me and showed me to the room was very friendly and pleasant. The bed was comfortable.
  : The carpet is dirty and worn, and needs at least a good cleaning. The bathtub was missing the cap to the drain plug, so it was impossible to take a bath.

  : The gentleman that was working the desk was nice.
  : The tram was right next door, which is not mentioned in the description. The parking was horrible. The building is rundown and only half painted. The room had bad carpet with holes. The shower was too short for my husband, who stands 6ft 2in. Not to mention not tv channels unless you connect to your streaming services. The water fluctuated constantly. The people above us were walking around all the time. We could hear the people next doors phone ring.

  : I liked how close it was to the transit systems and how close it was to the university. The Inn being very very close to the transit systems made it super easy to go anywhere in Portland.
  : There was no maid service even though we put “maid service” sign on door, no one came. There wasn’t a whole ton of instructions about that when we checked in but nonetheless, staff was friendly.

  : The hotel is very close to the downtown. The receptionists were kind. I got what I expected for a good price.

  : The property was in disrepair and extremely messy. There were people fighting in the parking garage. It gave off serious slum vibes. The staff were super friendly and bent over backwards to make the experience good but the establishment needs serious investment.

  : The motel is comfortable, with decent bed and kind staff. Just a motel standard but all you need for an unproblematic stay in Downtown Portland.
  : There is a parking but only for a couple of individual cars and it is really tight. Driving to the property is very difficult because there are all one-way streets around.
