  : We had to switch rooms at 1 am because pullout did not work. Then was lied to. Said no more rooms. Then 45 minutes later a different room. made us go back up before we recieved keys for next room. Really not ok. We have stayed 5 years and this made us not want to come back. I should be returned some money it was so bad.

  : The location was perfect. It was right off the highway and close to shops and restaurants and local attractions.
  : The woman working the desk at night was the rudest and most unhelpful person I’ve experienced in a long time. We didn’t get back to our room until midnight and when we walked in we were met with a scowl. She didn’t greet us at all when we walked in and acted like it was a burden to help us out when we tried to buy a couple sodas from the little shop next to the desk. We were there for our wedding anniversary - we went to an airshow a few miles away from the hotel and dinner and after so our spirits were high upon walking in. WE greeted HER with kindness and smiles. We attempted to lighten the mood by asking how her night was going and just got a one word answer and another dirty look. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.When we got to our room, we found that our air conditioning didn’t work and it was 80 degrees in our room. After giving it an hour or so to see if we could troubleshoot it on our own and get it to cool down we decided to call to see if there was perhaps a rolling unit or a fan. She never answered the phone, so my we walked down to let her know. She said “it’s 1 am, I don’t know what you expect me to do for you” My husband spoke up and said ma’am we are on the second floor, it’s July and heat rises, we are hot” he was jovial, and kind. Again, he was trying to lighten the mood and again we were met with a scowl. She let us know that she couldn’t do anything about it and she would make a note for maintenance.Neither of us slept well, it got up to 83 in our room - the windows didn’t open and there was hot air blowing from the unit. This was a miserable stay. Breakfast was good and it was nice to be in the cool air of the lobby. The night time staff was absolutely awful. I’m honestly still stunned by just how very unhelpful she was. I get that it was the middle of the night and maybe they were booked fully and we didn’t have a lot of options. But a little kindness would have gone a long way with us. We are pretty easy going people.

  : Had to wait at the front deck for 20 minutes until someone checked me in. The shower was gross because of leftover hair need drain area. The fan in the room seemed like it was going to fall and was loud.
