  : The second night we we're in the hotel the bathroom flooded. It was coming up through the floor. They changed us rooms after checkout time and the new room had roaches. We walked in the room and I had seen a roach crawl under the bed. I pushed the bed sideways and there were more roaches, these ones were at least dead. That was enough for me. They obviously have a roach problem so I went to ask for a refund and booked a different hotel. They would not refund the two nights that I had left for that hotel. They would only refund one night, and she said she couldn't refund the second night because it was after the 11:00 a.m. check out. So I had to pay for a night at the hotel that we did not stay AND paid almost $15 to have our clothes and towels washed at the laundry mat that were soaked from the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

  : The plants and pool area are nice.
  : Staff drinking off the clock and representing the hotel at the same time. Demanding my autistic child go to his room or they would call the police. The same person watched us as if we were a show. He wouldn't leave us alone while I tried to calm him down. Then, other employees started to defend him.
