  : NOTHING! The staff was accommodating so there’s that.
  : No one warned us that they were under construction. Sheetrock piled in lobby, water leaks, unsafe areas getting to rooms. More wrong than right.

  : It had roaches crawling all in the beds and on the ceiling’s. The elevator kept getting stuck. Check out time is 12 noon and housekeeping comes at 9 am and stand outside the room like they are ready for you to leave right then. I used a whole can of roach spray and bleach. I wouldn’t recommend nobody there and I’m not going back and stay.

  : Hotel is being remodeled (Under construction). Very limited breakfast bar. Entire place needs an update... so you can tell they are "holding on with existing rooms, linens, etc.", until major refurbishment completed". Don't like hotels under construction.

  : I should’ve known it was going to be a mess. Be standing outside their rooms like they are at a trap house. The room and bed sheets was dirty. The lady gave me another room the second room had roaches everywhere. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. I did not stay there and on top of that they only have one worker at night. I called the front desk no answe.

  : -mind you, I’m just checking in after being at a ballpark for 9 hours in the heat, looking forward to a good cold shower and comfy sheets! But realizing that as soon as I turned into the parking lot, That it wasn’t getting better the longer we stayed… customer service was very poor. Woman attempted to have me pay again when room was booked and paid for online. Room… it was 89 degrees in the room, AC was set to 60.. blowing hot breath temperature. No towels, dead insects trapped in cob webs in every corner. The sandy new ceramic tile were so disgustingly dirty. (Bc the entire hotel is under construction/upgrades ?)You can feel the springs through the mattress.. oh and we called the front desk and they immediately took care of the AC problem in this disgusting sticky room.. and placed us in the room right next door. Cold, beautiful room, that a housekeeper actually step foot in.. card on the table of amenities, a fridge that worked, a blow dryer, towels… the toilet paper was hotel-ish.. The POOL - greenLack of upkeep, rolled up old carpet in the front part of the parking lot.. Before our alarm went off for day 2 for the baseball tournament, house keeping showed up, 7:30 sharp, knocked on the door and WALKED IN OUR ROOM!!!! The owner of this hotel had her kids and husband eating breakfast in the “breakfast section” for guests… GUESTS
