  : This hotel was quaint, but exactly what I was looking for. Friendly staff who were keen to give me information about hiking in the High Tatras, and a simple but clean and functional room. On my final night, I placed my wet bag and shoes outside to dry, and woke up the next morning to find that it had been thoughtfully moved to a warmer and sunnier spot- little details like this demonstrate the attitude of the staff, and it is clear that the staff both understand what hikers (and in the winter skiiers) are looking for.
  : The location was a bit of a walk from the bus station and train station, so just be prepared to burn some calories. It was fine for me though, and there seemed to be some really cute bars and restaurants nearby in this more relaxed area. If you don't want to walk too much within Poprad itself, spend a bit more to stay somewhere near the bus/train station. But if you're watching your budget and don't mind walking a bit, this is a great choice.

  : Very warm welcome! English is short but straight to the point, very clear and with a real smile. The room is as stated: small but comfy. It had all I needed :)

  : Nice simple clean room. Very warm. Exactly as we wanted it.
  : Everything was very good. I would however suggest to place the second bin into the kitchen for recycling. We couldnt find anywhere to recycle so would carry our recycling to the town where we found communal bins for recycling.

  : Perfect location in the center of historical part of Poprad city and just a kilometer from the D1 motorway ramp. 15 minutes driving distance to High Tatras city (Smokovec or Tatranska lomnica). If you prefere to move to mountains by local train it is also quit ease from Evka pension.
  : Have nothing to object against.
