  : Overall the apartment and facilities were very good.
  : The cleaning regime (of the apartment) was sporadic as was the provision of clean towels. Reception said cleaning was carried out every second day but this was not our experience.

  : Newly renovated apartments in Puerto pollensa. We had a great time here. The staff are very friendly and the place is lovely. A 10 minute walk away from the beach, nice restaurants and a big supermarket.

  : The property is modern due to just being built, the studio had all the amenities we needed, kitchen was well kitted out and very comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Only 5/10 minute walk to the beach and some bar and restaurants. Pool area was nice, lots of sun beds to use and not too busy when we were there. You can buy drinks at reasonable price from the reception. The whirlpool was great and could be hot or cold.
  : We were initially given a much smaller room which looked different to what we booked. We were told room sizes varied but the next day were able to move into a bigger studio room which was what we booked. The staff were very accommodating when this could eventually happen. We would not have been happy in the initial room as it was much smaller. There seem to be some teething problems with it being newly built but as soon as these were raised with staff they were able to sort these. The whirlpool and terrace areas could do with some kind of privacy screen as some (ours) was right next to the neighbours.
