Disappointing

  : I like the location and the bed was comfy.
  : The staff was very unprofessional and uninterested to help.We had issues opening the door. They eventually had to give us another key.Another issue was that we booked a room with a double bed instead we got two separate ones. The staff at the reception even called us to confirm that prior to our arrival. When we discovered the problem the staff advised me to just push the two beds together. Another issue we found was that the toilet was broken and didn't flush any water. After the staff came they said they can't fix it and showed us how it's very easy to flush the toilet with the shower.They didn't apologize for any of the problems or compensate us in any way.The staff at the breakfast was rude as well - staring at us while we picked up the food at the buffet like we are criminals. Made a big deal that we put the milk before the coffee from the machine.The room was advertised on Booking that it had air-conditioning. This was not true. It had a simple bedside fan.

  : Nice hotel with good restaurant and good breakfast. Easy to find and suficient parking space in front of the hotel
  : Bathroom had no windows and it smelled a bit

  : The city water (not the hotels fault) is currently turned off from 11:30-5am
