  : Room is clean. Location is excellent.
  : Staff was not helpful. Room was freezing at night.Room door was open when we got back on our first day. Good nothing was lost. Staff gave us wrong info stating the room on 1st floor had no frigs and microwave when it did have. I guest to discourage us from staying on the ground floor.

  : Standard breakfast. Good location. Photos online look nice.
  : Out of my own habit, I always check the mattresses for bed bugs, any other pests, or red flags. I was shocked to see the mattress had a standard thin sheet, then a small absorbant pad. This pad was thin and tiny! Under the pad was a whole bunch of unidentified dried liquids. I brought this to the attention at the desk, and she said "it comes with the territory of staying at a hotel." I have stayed at plenty of hotels and I haven't seen or smelled anything this nasty. I travel often and am usually used to seeing several layers protecting the mattress. She said she will "enter a complaint on my behalf." Stayed first night. Didn't bother staying second night. Bought our own pillows and blankets. There were other issues too, but this one still grosses me out.Won't let me attach pictures, but I have some!

  : The property was fine, but there was a lot of noise and commotion every evening. Partying on balconies, loud guests in halls, etc. I had trouble getting to sleep early.

  : Location is convenient for my needs, staff was overall pleasant, liked the microwave and mini fridge, nice view outside room
  : Outdated rooms with popcorn ceilings, not the cleanest…lots cobwebs with spiders inside the room! One large cobweb was even on the bed frame near the pillows

  : The staff was extremely helpful and nice during my stay, especially since I had to check-in very late at night. There was good security and I really appreciated the complimentary water bottles with the heat wave that was hitting. The room was so comfortable and very spacious.
