  : architecture. big enough for family to stay and not have to eat out every meal. convenience of the little store in the basement
  : view of the Amtrak roofvery hot. air and fans are running the whole weekend but it never got below 75am event going on actually was drowning out the TV in the apartment

  : We arrived close to check in time so someone was available at the front desk of the facility to let us go up to our room and enter with the code to get the fob.
  : I don't like the fact that if no one is available at the front to buzz you in then it would be impossible to get into the building.

  : Hard time checking in, code didn't work, there was a mouse in my room, got complaints on nights me and my 3 year old were sleep that I didn't appreciate.

  : Nothing, I was treated with demands by the folks handing the booking and never go confirmation to stay there until after 4 pm on the day of check in. I called shortly before this and stated that I was not going to stay there because they were unreliable, and I stayed elsewhere.
  : I got charged for two nights when I did not stay at the lodging. They gave two different reasons for this at two different times - one they said I cancelled and two they said I didn't show up. It is wrong to charge me when they didn't provide a booking confirmation until check in time. They have to provide some reliable service in a timely way and then if I cancelled or didn't show I could see that it would be correct for me to pay the penalty. It is wrong the booking.com can't stand up for me.
