  : The cleanliness was TOP NOTCH!! The staff...EVEN BETTER!! They were on top of any needs. They were ALWAYS cleaning, greeting guests, smiling...I have NEVER been to a better establishment. The general manager was so sweet and accommodating. Will DEFINITELY be staying again!!!

  : Breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for us. The lady that checked us out was very nice and personable.
  : We did have problems with the neighboring room one night - loud slamming door, barking dog, etc and the indoor pool was closed while we were there

  : Easy to check in, man at front desk very friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean, nice decor and location.
  : Rented three rooms with family and intended to use the pool for the biggest part of the afternoon, but water was so cold that even the kids did not want to swim. Other guests said the heater was broken.. One room had towels in the refrigerator, catching water and underwear in a nightstand. My daughter and her family carried stuff to the car, and when she returned, the room was being cleaned at 8:30 am. They had planned on staying a little longer but went ahead and left.

  : Location was great, staff did all they could to be courteous and helpful within the confines of a poor owner or manager of the hotel.
  : I booked two nights at this hotel. I was awakened at midnight by itching, so I began my search for bedbugs. I initially found two, captured them, and flushed them down the toilet. I was hopeful that that would end my dreadful experience, but shortly I was itching again. I found a third bedbug inside the pillowcase that I had thoroughly searched earlier. Basically I spent from midnight to 4:30 AM searching for bedbugs, and finally got a cat nap at 4:30. (When I arrived home after my trip, my wife counted 18 bedbug bites). I notified the manager on duty of what I had found, and asked her to have the hotel manager/owner call me. I attended to business that I had in the Pittsburg area, and came back at about mid- afternoon. At that time, I found another one, so I packed up my belongings and told the hotel clerk that I was not staying the second night as I had originally booked. I asked her to have the owner or manager of the hotel call me, but he/she never did. I checked into another hotel that evening, and had no difficulties at all.I waited for my credit card bill, and was surprised to see that they charged me for two nights, as I had already checked out after the first night and told the desk clerk why. I called the hotel, and asked the desk clerk to connect me with the owner or manager’s office (she didn’t). She went on to explain that they had rented that room numerous times since my stay, and had no complaints. As a practicing medical professional, I am trained in the identification of both external and internal parasites, so they are not dealing with an amateur. My suggestion was to have the owner sleep in the room for a couple of nights if it had not been steamed and thoroughly cleaned. I received no response to so I’m stuck with paying for two nights at a hotel infested with bed bugs. I consider the owner of this hotel to be totally unprofessional.
