  : We were not able to go due to a Covid outbreak, Although I was well aware that there was no refunds. I did not expect to be charged the Cleaning Fee. I emailed the host stating we would not be going and asked if the cleaning fee could at least be waved. Never received a response and I was charged the cleaning fee. We never checked in so there was nothing to clean. Feeling a little ripped off. We really wished that we could of stayed. The place looked charming and I am sure it would have been a positive experience if were were able to go on this trip.

  : The location was near everything we needed. The home was well kept and checking in was very easy.
  : The cleaning couldve been a little better. I wiped down the walls in some areas on the stairs and the bathroom because I didnt want them to think that we were responsible for it. There was hair on some of the towels and pillow cases. Luckily, we brought our own towels and pillows.

  : It was such a beautiful experience! Definitely felt safe! The area was perfect! The bathroom wasnt as clean but it wasnt terrible either. The beds were so incredibly comfortable! I hadnt slept that great in such a long time!!! I honestly had the best experience ever! Our WiFi was not working that was unfortunate. However everything else was so great that I couldnt be upset about that. The decorations were very beautiful!
