  : *****STAY AWAY!!!!!*****I didn't like the fact that I booked a room and drove from Las Vegas to Phoenix just to get to this place and have the staff that they had no room and they will have to cancel my reservation, then act like they cancel my reservation, but instead they charged my debit card for a room they didn't have so I couldn't stay. On top of all that, when I called the next day to let them know that they charged me they made up a bunch of lies about how the manager is the only 1 who can get my money back but 5 second later say they refunded the money so I ask the lady to email me a receipt showing the refund and she acted like she was emailing me but I never received the email. And every time I call back they won't pick up like they have caller id and I have an unforgettable name (Chukwuemeka) so yea that's where I'm at with this very horrible hotel. Unprofessional staff & management ****STAY AWAY!!!!****

  : The staff is very rude and they don't have any kind of customer service. The new GM is on drugs and has tattoos all over her. She comes in the middle of the night and walks around property trying to kick people out. She's ghetto

  : I was treated terribly in the midst of an unusual circumstance where I was in grave danger fleeing from domestic violence. I asked the staff if they could accommodate me in very simple ways beyond their normal protocols that included requesting to be booked into a room that was in the front of the property instead of the back corner for safety and to not let anyone know of my location. I was denied the opportunity to be in a room where I could feel safer, met with contempt and ultimately not allowed to extend my stay when it was critical although I had money to do so, they had plenty of vacancy, but their reason was "liability of unwanted traffic" . As such, I was forced to put a substantial amount of all my belongings out onto the sidewalk and sit out in the heat as I waited for a rideshare, where my spouse did actually find me and end up getting into an altercation that I was explicitly trying to avoid. From the very beginning I was communicative, apologetic and acknowledged the unusual nature of my stay, but was ultimately treated as a burden and not with any compassion.
  : The TV also didn't work, one of the lights was flickering, the counter above the fridge was extremely sticky, rips in the couch and the AC was not working well at all.

  : Nothing. The guy at the desk canceled our booking without notifying us. We drove 13 hrs to find out that at our stay had been canceled and they wouldn’t give us a room because they “promised” it to someone.
