  : Lovely quiet location in Peebles whilst only being a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre facilities. Mountain bike trails and walks on the doorstep plus nearby at Glentress and Innerleithen trail centres. Access to a patio and garden around the back (useful for washing the mountain bikes and hanging out the washing) plus a useful lockable plastic bike storage shed. Well equipped, clean and cosy 2 bed cottage with a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher included. Lovely comfy double bed, had the best nights sleep. Nice hot shower over the bathtub.
  : The 2 two-seater settees in the living room were a bit short. A 3 seater would have been better to stretch out and relax on in an evening while watching the telly.
