  : They robbed us of money. We were forced to sleep there for one night - which we needed to pay (again) with cash on the spot.There was some indian family who were saying they are the new owners, that they do not have us registered, wi-fi was not working, so we had problems force them to accept that we indeed have reservation for two rooms. They said they have only one - after our disilusion they gave us one more room without bathroom/wc. And they refused to accept that we paid already. They said OYO will return money, but that didn't happen - at least to my knowledge. No apology whatsoever even.The place was nothing like on the pictures - very old furniture (in a bad way), smell.I was messaging booking.com about the situation, booking.com saw that the second night we were on different place, but we did not receive the money already paid back.One of 3 worst experiences ever (I had 30+ bookings on booking.com and another maybe 50 elsewhere).
