  : Nice, spacious apartment, great view of the beach. Large appliances, water and heat worked well, showers were very nice. The king sized bed and pillows were very comfy. The cleaning woman was very nice when we arrived. We appreciate the refund on the cleaning fee in exchange for the apartment not being ready on time.
  : When we arrived the people at the entrance gate did not know we were coming, they were very nice but had to do quite a bit of research to find our reservation to give us the parking/entrance ticket. There are a few things that need to be addressed by maintenance such as the screens on the sliding doors are pretty beat up and the doors don't close easily, the living room carpet needs either a very deep cleaning or replacement, the tea kettle needs to be replaced, it's rusty inside and was really dirty (real tea drinkers don't use a microwave), the king bed should have sheets and pillow cases that fit properly, the entry door is difficult to close, the plug socket in the bathroom at the end of the hall does not work. We asked for more toilet paper, instructions on how to use the 2 giant screen TVs with 7 remote controls, at least one box of tissues and more bath washcloths and more kitchen towels. None of that materialized.

  : Pricey for off season, especially with no pool or hot tub.

  : The patio/furniture and view were amazing! Check in was quick and painless as was check out. Condo was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Pools were awesome too.
  : Property wasnt properly cleaned before we arrived. Master shower needed a good grout cleaning and property needed vacuuming. There was a lot of pink and black mold in the master bath, coffee still in the coffee pot, dishes in the dishwasher, popcorn under the couch and main rug, etc. We contacted the rental company and were told multiple times this wasnt the quality of service they strive for. it was all lip service. By Monday I cancelled the cleaning ticket that was put in on Sat. night/Sunday morning. We had already cleaned things. We also had trouble with the wifi. It was very weak and we needed to reboot the router multiple days.
