  : Location, local restaurants, near Paterson Great Water Falls etc.
  : Booking.com advertises the rate includes breakfast, the location claims they stop serving breakfast since Covid Pandemia and never reinitiated the Breakfast. Both Booking.com and Location create FALSE expectations, and either wishes to take responsibility! I should be entitled to some credit, voucher for being miss leaded and lied to. Also at check in, because of bad weather conditions it was near midnight, we kindly requested a later check out, 12Noon, and it was granted and then the next they were calling us and asking at 11:01am why we had not yet checked out. Lack of communication between shifts, we felt lied too once again!

  : The advertising is misleading, the photos are contrary to reality, everything is old and ugly, little iguene, and they did not provide me with a person to speak my language after they told me yes, before the reservation, small rooms and the administration is not very flexible .... and the television did not have internet, it does not have smart tv, only local cable, and the WiFi in general is very bad !!!

  : Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet, very comfortable beds. Renovated recently. Wi-Fi access decent with very helpful links on website.
  : No breakfast because of covid.

  : kids play an knock the door every minute as well as the hall way was literally stink with weed and cigarettes smoke kids an adult sitting on the stair it's like a mad house period this place is like an apartment complex an not a hotel so for 200$ a night worst experience ever would never recommend my worst enemy there very sad
