Disappointing

  : loved the location
  : the original pictures didn’t match what we thought we’d reserved and we were pretty disappointed when we saw the discrepancies. we thought we had gotten a full suite instead of just a room. we also hadn’t realized that there was no housekeeping during our visit which was another disappointment.

  : I liked the pool/hottub, the ski in/ski out access, gym, valet service. However thoes were all provided by the Hyatt hotel not Vacasa, who is the 3rd party you will be renting the room from. Just rent a room at the Hyatt Centric Park City and you will be much happier.
  : Was very disappointed in my room at Hyatt Centric in Park City, UT. In addition to getting a very basic hotel room, which pictures depicted rooms with kitchens, all the basics were missing. Room had a coffee machine but no coffee pot or coffee cups; also no water cups. Utensils were missing; they only had forks, spoons and knives were missing. Of the forks that were there about half were dirty with old crusted on phone. And the worst part of all we had no tv for our entire stay. The internet was bad so the provided roku didn't work, there was a cord for cable but the cable didn't work and you couldn't even get basic local channels. Went out to rent some movies just to get back to room to find the dvd player did work either!Vacasa customer service was sub par as well. They didnt do anything about the TV situation; didnt even come to the room to pretend to try and fix the problem, just offered us a credit which I am sure I will have to fight to get. When asked for cups and utensils it took 2 days and 4 different phone calls to get it. Which is really ridiculous when you realize you are in a hotel that could have had it up in 10 mins if you had just booked with them. The nice things were the pool/hottub, the gym and the ski in/ski out lift on the 2nd floor. But again you would have theses things if you just book a hotel at the Hyatt.

  : The location of this property is amazing. This is a true ski-in ski-out, the building is uphill from a ski lift so you literally walk out a door and are able to ski down to the sunrise lift. At the end of the day, you are able to ski right into the hotel.
  : False advertising. The pictures for the booking showed multiple rooms with a kitchen, but what we ended up with was a standard two-bed hotel room. When we called to discuss this with the property managers they were reluctant to fix anything. Escala 423 is actually three separate rooms... Escala 423 rooms A, B, and C. Be sure you know what you are getting when you book this.

  : The Hyatt is a nice property as a whole. beautiful view and nice pool area.
  : The unit we rented was not anywhere like the photos that show when booking. It was very ill equipped, no batteries in the remote, only one chair, no supplies in the kitchenette, the main light didn’t work. The Vacasa people were little to no help, and didn’t put any urgency to fixing issues.
